CPC: Quilter’s Christmas Sampler

As a guest designer over at Craft Project Central for the moth of October, I’m happy to show off all the other projects available this month.  Today’s project is brought to you by Sandy Mott.  Get ready and get cozy for Sandy’s quilted tutorial.

What quilter wouldn’t love this receiving this Quilter’s Christmas Sampler to adorn their sewing room wall at Christmas?! This 12″ x 12″ sampler looks as if it’s made of fabric and will delight any person who loves to sew. Quilters, stampers, and crafters of all kinds have a lot in common – an appreciation of handmade projects made with love and patience. This sampler is no exception. Make one for your favorite friend who quilts/sews and “warm” their heart!

CPC: Birthday Memories Supply Box & Gift Bags

I am a big fan of Stampin’ Up’s Birthday Delivery suite and today’s Craft Project Central tutorial by Buffy Cooper highlights these lovely products so well!  I hope you are inspired to try out the projects posted so far – but more is still coming!

Paper crafters often have friends and family who need a last-minute card for a birthday, and, of course, they usually ask for one when you have the least amount of time to make it. Then there are those times when you remember a co-worker’s birthday as you’re running out the door and don’t have time to make a card. In this tutorial, you’ll make a box to hold birthday supplies, and we’ll use the Birthday Delivery Bundle – complete with the Birthday Delivery Photopolymer Stamp Set, Birthday Friends Framelits Dies, and Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper – to create coordinating cards, gift card envelopes, tags, and gift bags. This box is very easy to put together, so you may want to use an extra pack of the Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper to make a set for a gift.

A bottle of wine is a lovely gift to have on hand for a housewarming gesture, a bring along to a party for the host, or a birthday/holiday treat for just about anyone! A special hand crafted wine tag or stamped card shows thought went into your practical gift of a bottle of wine!

CPC: Pick a Pumpkin Card Box Set

I have been honored to be a guest designer at Craft Project Central this month.  Not familiar with CPC?  It is a subscription blog that is dedicated to bringing you high quality projects and tutorials every month.  My project will be featured later but first up is Christy Fulk and her perfect pack of pumpkins!

Need some Autumn cards? Need a Fall-themed, handmade gift idea? If the answer for either of these questions is yes, this project is for you! This project includes a box with a flap lid that holds six cards with six envelopes. It also includes three Autumn card designs…birthday, thank you, and friend. Make two of each to fill the box. This would also make a great card class!

To access this tutorial you will need the October subscription at Craft Project Central.  Get yours today and then head on over to Christy’s tutorial for some sweet pumpkin patch picking!
