Exchanges:
It is my goal to provide you with a beautiful and quality product. Please note that I will not accept product exchanges unless you did not receive the items you ordered. In this case, I will send a return label for the incorrect items mailed to you. Once the incorrect product is in transit back to me, your correct items will sent to you.
Refunds & Returns:
I cannot accept refunds or returns unless your items are damaged or undelivered,. For damaged goods, I may require a photo of the damage for verification and insurance purposes. Once verified, either a refund or a replacement will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
